We are delighted to announce that Nestlé, one of the world’s leading food and beverage companies, has become a new member of the Employer’ Network for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities.
By joining the Network, Nestlé reaffirms its commitment to building a supportive work environment where equal opportunities are available to everyone. As a company that promotes sustainability, social responsibility, and the development of human potential throughout its operations, Nestlé has naturally recognized the importance of initiatives that contribute to creating a more inclusive and equitable labor market.
We believe that Nestlé’s membership will further strengthen our collective efforts to advance the employment of persons with disabilities and to develop sustainable practices that benefit employees, employers, and society as a whole. Partnerships like this represent an important step toward creating a more inclusive labor market and raising awareness of the importance of equal opportunities for all.
At the beginning of 2021, the Youth with Disabilities Forum (YDF) established the first Employer’ Network for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities. The Network was created with the aim of providing strategic support to companies in developing long-term and sustainable practices for employing persons with disabilities through continuous education, the exchange of experiences, and the promotion of good business practices.
Welcome to the Network, Nestlé!
