Connected Voices: Youth with Disabilities Shaping Change Together
European Union and Western Balkans Fund Joint Action
01.07.2026-31.12.2026.
Informativni centar za osobe sa invaliditetom "Lotos" , Udruženje paraplegičara Cetinje
The project is based on the belief that young persons with disabilities are key drivers of positive change in their communities and that, through regional cooperation, they can more effectively advocate for their rights and actively contribute to the development of a more inclusive society.
The project aims to foster a new generation of young leaders with disabilities across the Western Balkans region.
The program includes: a regional camp for young persons with disabilities from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro; the development of a joint advocacy action package; participation in regional peer support sessions; and the launch of local initiatives.
The project is implemented by the Disability Information Center “Lotos” from Tuzla, Youth with Disabilities Forum from Belgrade, and the Association of Paraplegics of Cetinje. It is funded through a Joint Action of the Western Balkans Fund and the European Union, under the Call for Regional Project Proposals – Grant for Grassroot Initiatives.
