Program goal:
Improving the employability of persons with disabilities through the implementation of practical support mechanisms and individual work with persons with disabilities, as well as with employers, throughout the employment process.

Activities:
– Employment counseling services
– Implementation of training programs to enhance the competencies of persons with disabilities for the labor market: Administration training and English language training
– Psychological support
– Advisory support for employers in the recruitment and hiring of persons with disabilities
