Through the engagement of volunteers, interactive workshops and activities are delivered, designed in accordance with the specific needs of participants, with a particular focus on developing healthy lifestyle habits, emotional literacy, and the prevention of non-communicable diseases.

Activities are implemented using creative and inclusive methods of work, including games, simulations, practical exercises, and open discussions, in order to ensure active participation and empowerment of all participants.

The program is designed to offer participants a space for learning, exchange of experiences, and mutual support, through topics relevant to everyday life and personal development.

The goal of the project is to contribute to improving the quality of life of persons with disabilities by strengthening their personal capacities, encouraging social inclusion, and promoting the importance of mental health within the community.
