On July 2, 2026, a training session was conducted at the premises of Airports of Serbia Ltd. Niš – Constantine the Great Airport for employees responsible for providing assistance to passengers.

The aim of the training was to enhance the knowledge and skills necessary for delivering high-quality, professional, and empathetic support to passengers with disabilities throughout their travel experience, while further developing participants’ understanding and awareness of disability and accessibility-related issues.

During the training, participants had the opportunity to learn about different types of disabilities, the principles of appropriate communication and interaction with persons with disabilities, as well as the use of correct and inclusive terminology. Through both theoretical and practical sessions, participants strengthened their capacity to provide support that contributes to greater accessibility and improved service quality for all passengers.

We were especially pleased by the active engagement of the participants, their openness to sharing experiences, and the constructive discussions that enriched the learning environment and enhanced the overall quality of the training.
