As part of the YDF Talks series, another inspiring and educational session titled “A LinkedIn Profile That Opens Doors” was held on June 22. The event brought together participants interested in enhancing their professional presence and gaining a better understanding of the potential of LinkedIn as a career development tool.
The session was led by Katarina Miladinović and Jovana Vraneš from Nestlé, who shared practical tips, real-life examples, and interactive insights on how to create and optimize a LinkedIn profile. Special emphasis was placed on building a clear and authentic personal brand, as well as effectively presenting work experience, skills, and professional achievements.
During the discussion, the importance of actively using LinkedIn was highlighted—not only as an online résumé, but also as a dynamic platform for networking, knowledge sharing, and discovering career opportunities. The speakers emphasized how a well-structured and regularly updated profile can serve as an important gateway to new professional opportunities and a valuable tool for building a strong long-term professional reputation.
Participants had the opportunity to ask questions and receive tailored guidance on improving their profiles, which further enhanced the practical value of the event.
FMI Talks continue to bring together experts from various fields and provide a space for exchanging knowledge, experiences, and ideas, with the aim of empowering participants and supporting their continuous professional development.
This activity was carried out as part of the “Employment Program for Persons with Disabilities in the Open Labor Market,” funded by the City of Belgrade Secretariat for Social Protection.
