On October 9, the Youth with Disabilities Forum started the implementation of personal development workshops.
The cycle of 20 workshops is divided into 3 modules:
- Self-image (management of emotions and stress, attitudes and prejudices, conflict resolution…),
- Communication skills (verbal, non-verbal and assertive communication, active listening…),
- Business skills (teamwork, CV writing, job application procedures, job interview simulations, etc.).
Our team of experts, using the most innovative methods and tools in the field of personal development, will work with people with disabilities to empower them to achieve their business goals faster and more efficiently, through the acquisition of practical skills that they will be able to immediately apply in everyday life and on the labor market.
The workshops are organized as part of the “Job Fit: Economic Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities” project in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Other partners of the project are Caritas of Serbia, Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation, Smart Kolektiv and the Center for Independent Living of Persons with Disabilities.
