The Youth with Disabilities Forum is proud to launch a new initiative aimed at empowering women with disabilities – the Academy for business skills for Women with Disabilities – and we warmly invite you to become part of this unique program!

Thanks to the support of the International Women’s Club Belgrade, this program was developed to strengthen the capacities of women with disabilities by enhancing their knowledge and skills for employment and economic inclusion, in collaboration with leading employers.

Why should you apply?

👉 Soft skills workshops will help you build key competencies for success in the labor market.
👉 You’ll connect directly with employers, explore real work environments, and showcase your potential.
👉 You’ll join a group of 20 selected women with disabilities who, with the support of experts and companies, will take meaningful steps toward achieving their career aspirations.

When and where?
The program will run from September 15 to October 25, 2025.

Individual career counseling sessions will take place at the Career Center for Persons with Disabilities in Belgrade (Kapetan Mišina 26/9), where participants will work one-on-one with a career advisor to define their professional paths.

The Business Skills Academy is a five-week program featuring bi-weekly workshops on topics essential for professional development. These sessions will be hosted by partner companies at their offices in Belgrade, offering participants a chance to learn directly from industry professionals.

Participating companies include:
UniCredit Bank, NLB Komercijalna Banka, Generali Osiguranje, BlackRock, IDEA Marketi, A1, Banka Intesa, PWO Lottomatica, Delta Holding, ProCredit Bank, and Delhaize.

Who can apply?
Women with disabilities of all ages and educational backgrounds who are motivated to work on their professional development and pursue their career goals.
