The Youth with Disabilities Forum is proud to announce that Erste Bank has become part of our community!

Erste Bank, which is known for its commitment to continuous improvement of service quality, is now an official member of the Network of Employers for Employment of People with Disabilities. This is another step towards achieving their mission of inclusive business and providing equal opportunities for all.

YDF would like to thank Erste Bank for recognizing the importance and value of the Youth with Disabilities Forum initiative. Joining the Network of Employers not only confirms their commitment to inclusiveness, but also strengthens our common goal – to create a working environment where everyone has equal opportunities.

At the beginning of 2021, the Youth with Disabilities Forum established the first Network of Employers for the employment of persons with disabilities. The network was founded with the aim of providing strategic support to companies in their more active approach to long-term and sustainable employment of persons with disabilities.
