Today, the first FMI talks were held at the FMI Career Center in Belgrade, featuring a guest speaker from UniCredit Bank, Marija Cokonić Timotić, who spoke on the topic “Effective Change Management Strategies for Adapting to a New Workplace.”

This significant event was attended by 20 people with disabilities, who had the opportunity to learn about the latest strategies and techniques for successfully adapting to new workplaces. During the talks, participants exchanged experiences and ideas, with special attention given to the challenges faced by people with disabilities when adjusting to new work environments.

This event represents an important step towards strengthening professional capacities, exchanging experiences, and expanding the support network for people with disabilities.

At the end of the event, certificates were ceremoniously awarded to the participants of the QA training, recognizing their effort and dedication in acquiring new skills and knowledge. This event represents an important step towards a more inclusive and accessible work environment for all.
