Fourth Week of the Academy: Focus on Skills That Make a Difference

Within the Academy for Business Skills for Women with Disabilities, the fourth week was dedicated to developing competencies that contribute to professional success and personal well-being.

The program covered three key topics:

FIT Workshop: Focus, Initiative, Teamwork
Lecturers Biljana Bošković, Agile Coach, and Zorica Bukvić, Delivery and Business Manager at BlackRock, guided participants through practical exercises to enhance their ability to set priorities, take initiative in complex situations, and collaborate effectively in teams.

Feedback

Stress Management
Milana Prebuđila, HR Business Partner at Delta Transport Systems, spoke about strategies for identifying sources of stress, preserving energy and balance, and developing resilience in a dynamic business environment.
