Internship for youth people with disabilities

The Internship Program aims to improve the employability of young people with disabilities in Serbia by addressing key barriers such as lack of skills, limited work experience, and employer prejudice. Through internships, the program supports in developing professional and soft skills, while also helping employers establish sustainable inclusive employment practices.

The internships will be implemented in six cities across Serbia: Belgrade, Subotica, Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, Niš, and Valjevo.
