Project goal: Improving employability of youth with disabilities

Project is designed to implement direct and continuous cooperation with both young persons with disabilities and employers aiming to improve employability of young persons with disabilities and enable more inclusive hiring process.

Cooperation with employers promotes adopting inclusive procedures for organizing internships for young persons with disabilities through employer trainings and provides insight to employers. This is a very important step in overcoming stereotypes on persons with disabilities.

Young persons with disabilities acquire the chance to obtain quality working experience and improve their skills and knowledge making them more competitive on the labor market. Program encompasses training young persons with disabilities prior to internship in order to adapt and obtain necessary skills for career development.
