The goal of the project is to empower persons with disabilities by providing them with practical knowledge and skills for work in the IT sector. As part of the project, training programs tailored to current labor market needs will be organized, with a focus on occupations such as QA testers and similar IT positions. In this way, participants will be equipped with competitive skills and their chances of employment will be improved.
