The Youth with disabilities Forum realized three trainings for leaders of the IKEA company as part of supporting employers through the Network of Employers for Employment of Persons with Disabilities.

The first training was held online on September 11, while the other two training sessions were held on September 25 and October 3 in the premises of the company. The training is aimed at educating employee leaders about the institutional framework and rights of persons with disabilities, as well as the use of correct terminology. All participants had the opportunity to become familiar with inclusive procedures and examples of good practice in the field of employment of persons with disabilities.
