Recognize, Express, Communicate: The Academy Shifts into Second Gear

The second week of the Academy for business skills for women with disabilities introduced a series of sessions focused on developing participants’ digital and communication competencies. Through three carefully designed lectures, attendees had the opportunity to enhance their skills and gain new knowledge essential for professional growth.

On September 29, Marko Matić, Development and Education Specialist from Generali Osiguranje Srbija, led an online workshop dedicated to the basics of working in Excel. Participants explored functionalities that can contribute to more efficient task management and work organization.

On October 2, Radmila Čokić and Teodora Mirković from All About People delivered the workshop “Me in Motion – Build Your Professional Style,” during which participants explored ways to authentically present themselves in professional environments, while strengthening personal expression and professional identity.

On October 3, Jovana Ivanović, Specialist Trainer from IDEA Marketi, held a lecture titled “DISC – Communication Through Behavioral Styles.” Participants were introduced to various communication styles and learned how to recognize and apply them in everyday business situations.

The atmosphere throughout the second week was productive, supportive, and inspiring—exactly the kind of environment the Youth with Disabilities Forum strives to cultivate through its programs.

The Academy is implemented with the support of the International Women’s Club Belgrade, in collaboration with: UniCredit Bank, NLB Komercijalna Banka, Generali, BlackRock, IDEA, All About People, A1, Banka Intesa, PWO Lottomatica, Delta Transport Systems, ProCredit Bank, and Delhaize.
