The second FMI talks took place at the Career Center of the Youth with Disabilities Forum in Belgrade, featuring Marko Čičovački from UniCredit Bank, who spoke on the topic “Job Interview – What Matters to Employers When Hiring?”
During this FMI talk, persons with disabilities had the opportunity to share their experiences, ask questions, and hear advice on what employers look for in candidates, how to prepare effectively for interviews, and which skills are crucial for success in the job market. Special attention was given to the challenges faced by persons with disabilities when applying for jobs.
FMI Talks are a unique opportunity to gain new insights and exchange experiences on various topics.
FMI Talks will be held every month as part of the standard program at the FMI Career Center in Belgrade.
