At the FMI Career Center, the fifth cycle of personal development workshops for people with disabilities will begin on Monday, October 21st. These workshops are designed to provide support, empower, and motivate participants through various activities and educational content, making them more competitive in the job market.
The workshops are led by employment support advisors for people with disabilities, focusing on topics such as:
- Self-confidence and self-esteem
- Communication skills
- Stress management
- Goal setting and achievement
- SWOT and SMART analysis
- CV writing and job interview simulation
Participants will have the opportunity to develop their personal and professional skills through interactive exercises and group discussions, which will help them in their job search process.
The workshops are held three times a week for a month. All workshops are free of charge.
The workshops are organized as part of the project “Job Fit: Economic Empowerment of People with Disabilities” in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Other project partners include Caritas Serbia, the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation, Smart Kolektiv, and the Center for Independent Living of Persons with Disabilities.
