The Youth with Disabilities Forum finished the first cycle of psycho-social suppport workshops.
Participants actively learned communication skills, managing stress and emotions, conflict resolution, developed skills in writing job biographies, motivational letters, and went through job interview simulations.
Through lectures and practical exercises, they improved their skills and confidence. This program represents a step forward towards supporting people with disabilities in the job search process.
The workshops are organized as part of the project Job fit: Economic Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities project in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Other partners of the project are Caritas of Serbia, the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation, Smart Collective and the Center for Independent Living of Persons with Disabilities.
