During May and June, the Youth with Disabilities Forum realized the fourth cycle of Personal Development workshops. These workshops are intended for people with disabilities who are in the process of being activated in the labor market.

Through lectures and practical exercises, the participants improved their communication skills, stress and emotion management, defined their individual employment plan and developed skills in writing a work resume and cover letter.

At the last workshop of this cycle, the Youth with Disabilities Forum organized a certificate ceremony and wished them luck in the further process of job search.

The workshops are organized as part of the project Job fit: Economic Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities project in partnership with the United States Agency for International Development (USAID). Other partners of the project are Caritas of Serbia, the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation, Smart Collective and the Center for Independent Living of Persons with Disabilities.
