The Youth with Disabilities Forum invites all interested youth with disabilities from the territory of Belgrade, Subotica, Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, Niš and Šabac to apply for the competition for attending work practice!
The COMPETITION is open to motivated young people, who are up to 35 years old and want to gain work experience through internships in business entities. During the two-month internship, young people with disabilities will have the opportunity to learn and gain work experience, and they will also receive financial compensation from the YDF on a monthly basis to cover the costs of transportation and a meal.
Internships are organized in the following companies: IKEA, Raiffeisen banka, Belgrade Airport doo, Addiko Bank, Generali Osiguranje Srbija, Silver Bell Group, Grundfos Srbija DOO, Mercator-S d.o.o., Avnet doo, OTP banka Srbija a.d. Novi Sad. trade, E-recycling 2010 d.o.o., PepsiCo (Marbo product doo), Ametek doo, Attorney Mladen Sibinović, Center for social work “1.mart”-Alibunar.

The deadline for submitting applications is Thursday, January 25, 2024.
The application form is submitted to the e-mail address activitymanager@fmi.rs with the e-mail title Application for work practice.
One candidate can apply for two positions.
After the application deadline, the selection of candidates will be made. All candidates will be notified of the outcome selection.
The selected candidates will, before starting their internship, go through a preparatory online workshop organized by the YDF, which will be implemented at the beginning of February. The practice is realized within the project “Job Fit: Economic empowerment of persons with disabilities”. The project is financed by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and implemented by the Youth with Disabilities Forum. Other partners of the project are Caritas of Serbia, Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation, Smart Kolektiv and the Center for Independent Living of People with Disabilities of Serbia.
