Pathway to inclusive labor market

Project goal: to increase employability and employment opportunities for long-term unemployed persons with disabilities, by designing and implementing the tailor-made package of measures, supporting active inclusion at the labour market.

The Action provided comprehensive approach for improvement long term unemployed persons with disabilities access to labour market: it improved their employability by individually tailored support and strengthening capacities for employment with trainings designed according to the needs of labour market as well improving the capacities of employers. Direct participation of NES in the project enabled advancement of existing procedures and more effective use of existing resources.
