FMI presents a new activity – “FMI Conversations,” aimed at expanding opportunities for learning, growth and the development of personal and professional skills for people with disabilities. Every month, we will organize meetings featuring experts from various fields, influencers, and representatives from global companies who will lead discussions on diverse topics, share knowledge and experiences, enabling individuals with disabilities to better understand the business community, discover new trends in the job market, and develop skills important for their relationships with work, themselves, and their immediate surroundings.
What can you expect?
– Inspirational sessions/workshops: where you can learn something new about yourself, explore different techniques and approaches as a form of self-support in personal and professional development.
– Dynamic exchanges: you can meet people with similar interests, share and exchange your experiences and knowledge. Discover new perspectives and ideas that you may not have considered before.
– Networking and friendship: the opportunity to establish new contacts and friendships within a community that fosters personal growth and learning.
When and where?
The grand opening will be on Monday, September 30th, starting at 11 AM at the Youth with Disabilities Forum in Belgrade, located at Kapetan Mišina 26, 2nd floor (in elevator number 3), apartment number 9.
Our guest will be Marija Cokonić Timotić from UniCredit Bank, with whom you can discuss “Effective Change Management: Strategies for Adapting to a New Workplace.”
For October, two more FMI Conversations are planned on the topics:
– Job Interviews – What Is Important to Employers When Hiring?
– Understanding (Self) Stigmatization in the Workplace
