The Career Center is pleased to announce the continuation of various workshops designed to help you develop personal and professional skills. In addition to ongoing personal development workshops, we have created a monthly program at the Career Center aimed at enhancing your skills, broadening your professional horizons, and finding the best path for your career.
The Career Center program includes two lectures:
Understanding (Self) Stigma in the Workplace

This workshop aims to increase understanding and overcome stigma and self-stigma related to disability in the workplace.

Basic Organizational Skills: The Key to Effective Time Management
Date: September 26, 2024
Time: 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Location: Youth with Disabilities Forum, Kapetan Mišina 26
This workshop covers techniques for better time management, including planning, prioritization, and the use of time management tools.
Lecturer: Marija Mitrović, HR expert
Starting Monday, September 9, 2024, the fifth cycle of personal development workshops will begin. This cycle is divided into three modules:
– Self-Image (managing emotions and stress, attitudes and prejudices, conflict resolution, etc.)
– Communication Skills (verbal, non-verbal, and assertive communication, active listening, etc.)
– Business Skills (teamwork, CV writing, job application procedures, job interview simulations, etc.)
Through these workshops, you will have the opportunity to learn the techniques necessary for quickly and easily adapting to a new workplace, communicating effectively and clearly, advocating for yourself, and achieving your professional goals.
