After five weeks of intensive learning and experience sharing, Youth with Disabilities Forum organized the ceremonial closing event of the Academy for Business Skills for Women with Disabilities on November 13. This inspiring program provided participants with the opportunity to gain valuable knowledge from experts in renowned companies and strengthen their professional skills.

The closing event was attended by Academy participants, lecturers, representatives of companies that supported the project, as well as members of the International Women’s Club Belgrade (IWC), the donor whose support made the Academy possible. A special contribution to the project was also made by associates from the Faculty of Media and Communications, who greatly contributed to the Academy’s visual identity and supported the production of the Academy Film. A highlight of the evening was the screening of this film, which evoked the most beautiful memories and shared successes from the past period.

In a festive atmosphere, certificates of participation and symbolic gifts were presented to the participants, while employers received acknowledgments for their contribution to the project. The President of IWC Belgrade, Mrs. Andrea Pavukova, personally congratulated all participants on their efforts and achievements.

The gathering continued in a pleasant setting with refreshments, marking the end of an important step toward empowering women with disabilities in the labor market.
