The Youth with Disabilities Forum invites employers from the territory of Belgrade, Niš, Novi Sad, Zrenjanin, Subotica and Valjevo to apply for the program “Work practice for young people with disabilities”, which aims to improve the employability of young people with disabilities through the development and implementation of the internship programs.

The expected results of the program refer to the improvement of employment opportunities for young people with disabilities through the acquisition of new knowledge and skills through practice, while, on the other hand, employers will have at their disposal a piloted practice model for young people with disabilities, with the application of inclusive procedures, without burdening their budget. The internship program was developed through the cooperation of representatives of the business, civil and state sectors, with experience in the field of employment of persons with disabilities.

The application deadline is Monday, November 20, 2023.

The “Internships for Youth with Disabilities” program is implemented as part of the “Job Fit: Economic Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities” project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and implemented by the Youth with Disabilities Forum. Other partners in the project are Caritas of Serbia, the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation, the Smart Kolektiv and the Center for Independent Living of Persons with Disabilities of Serbia.
