Ahead of the New Year holidays, on 24 December 2025, the New Year’s edition of YDF Talks was held at the YDF Career Center, under the theme:
“New Year – New Opportunities for Employment of Persons with Disabilities.”

The guest speaker was Maja Milosavljević, Talent Acquisition Specialist from NLB DigIT, who delivered an inspiring presentation introducing participants to employment opportunities in the IT sector in 2026. Participants had the chance to learn more about NLB DigIT, the company’s values, and its hiring practices.

A particularly valuable part of the event was the open discussion, during which Maja patiently and thoroughly responded to participants’ questions and concerns regarding the selection process, the criteria HR teams pay attention to when reviewing CVs, as well as practical advice on how to create an appealing and professional CV that attracts employers’ attention.

After the official part, the gathering continued in a relaxed and festive atmosphere with refreshments, experience sharing, and New Year’s wishes — participants symbolically placed their wishes on the holiday tree, creating a warm and motivating environment.
