We are pleased to announce that MOL, one of the key actors in the energy sector, has become a new member of the Employers’ Network for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities. With this step, MOL demonstrates a clear commitment to inclusive business practices and social responsibility, as well as readiness to actively contribute to creating a work environment that provides equal opportunities for all.

The decision of MOL to join our initiative represents an important step toward strengthening our shared mission — promoting inclusion and developing sustainable employment models for persons with disabilities. This sends a strong message about the importance of equal opportunities in the modern business environment.

The Youth with Disabilities Forum established the first Employers’ Network for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities at the beginning of 2021. The Network was created with the aim of providing strategic support to companies in developing long-term and sustainable employment practices for persons with disabilities, through continuous education, knowledge exchange, and the promotion of good practices.
