Strengthening institutional capacities of National Employment Service in the process of employment of youth with disabilities

Project goal: Ensuring the sustainability of youth with disabilities employment model, through strengthening NES capacities for implementation of social model approach in assessment of working capacities of unemployed youth with disabilities and more effective matching of skills and labour market need

Activities:

• Providing guidelines to NES counselors for implementing the social model in assessing work capabilities of persons with disabilities,
• Training NES counselors from all NES branches for implementing the social model in assessing work capabilities of persons with disabilities.
