In December, the Youth with Disabilities Forum (YDF) organized in-person workshops at the offices of MOL, Wiener Städtische Insurance, and Grundfos, as part of its initiative to support employers through the Network of Employers for Employment of Persons with Disabilities.

The first workshop took place on December 5 at MOL, followed by December 15 at Wiener Städtische Insurance, and the third on December 18 at Grundfos. All three companies are active members of YDF’s Network, contributing to the development of inclusive employment policies through their engagement.

During the sessions, participants had the opportunity to learn about the institutional framework and the rights of persons with disabilities, as well as the importance of using appropriate terminology. Special attention was given to inclusive practices and procedures, with examples of successful initiatives in employing persons with disabilities. The active participation of company representatives enabled a meaningful exchange of experiences and ideas, further strengthening the shared mission of creating workplaces that offer equal opportunities for all.
