On February 23, as part of supporting employers through the Network of Employers for the Employment of Persons with Disabilities, the YDF implemented training for employees at UniCredit Bank.
The training included educating employees on the institutional framework and rights of persons with disabilities, as well as on the use of correct terminology. All participants had the opportunity to become familiar with inclusive procedures and examples of good practice in the field of employment of persons with disabilities.
The training was conducted as part of the Job Fit: Economic Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) and implemented by the Youth with Disabilities Forum. Other partners of the project are Caritas of Serbia, Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation, Smart Kolektiv and the Center for Independent Living of Persons with Disabilities.
