In the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Serbia on 13 July 2023. the second session of the Council for Socially Responsible Business was held this year, where they discussed: support in employment for people with disabilities and innovative models of social entrepreneurship.

At the meeting, the findings of the labor market research on the needs of employers and opportunities for employment of persons with disabilities were presented, and a campaign to encourage the employment of persons with disabilities – “Job fit” was also presented. The representative of the Youth with disabilities Forum Tanja Radović Krstić and the representative of the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation Željko Mitkovski spoke about the activities of the project funded by USAID, which the Forum of Youth with Disabilities and the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation are implementing together with partners: Caritas Srbija, Smart Kolektiv and the Center for Independent Living of Persons with Disabilities. An employment platform was also promoted, on which companies can announce open jobs for people with disabilities: www.zaposljavanje.fmi.rs.
