The fifth week marked the conclusion of the Academy for Business Skills for Women with Disabilities, a unique program that, over the past months, has provided participants with knowledge, tools, and support for professional and personal development. As the Academy approached its end, the focus was on topics that directly impact financial security, work organization, and the balance between private and professional life.
Financial Literacy and Budget Management
In cooperation with ProCredit Bank, participants learned how to plan a budget, make informed financial decisions, and gain a broader perspective on financial health—both in business and in personal life.
Trainers:
- Dragan Reščik, Head of Human Resources Department
- Luka Mrdović, Coordinator in the Controlling and Reporting Department
- Snežana Skoko, Training and Development Coordinator
Productivity Techniques, Setting Priorities, and Work-Life Balance
Tamara Kovačević, Talent Development and Learning Expert from Delhaize Serbia, together with Maja Lekić, Education and Development Specialist, shared practical tips and tools for time management, maintaining focus, and creating a sustainable rhythm that preserves mental well-being.
Participants left with an important insight: professional development is not only about knowledge but also about how we live, make decisions, and maintain balance.
One more special moment awaits—the closing event that will formally mark the end of the Academy.
On Thursday, November 13, 2025, we will gather participants, trainers, and donors to celebrate the success of the program together. The event will include the awarding of participation certificates, gifts for participants, and acknowledgments to trainers who contributed to the realization of this significant project.
The Academy was implemented with the support of the International Women’s Club Belgrade, in cooperation with:
UniCredit Bank, NLB Komercijalna Banka, Generali Osiguranje, BlackRock, IDEA, A1, Banka Intesa, PWO by Lottomatica, Delta Transportni Sistem, ProCredit Bank, Delhaize Serbia, and All About People.
