YDF organized workshop on topic „Key support measures of the National employment service in the employment of persons with disabilities“. Guest lecturer was Ivana Tomic guidence counselor in the National employment service (NES).

During the workshop, the role of the employment counselor within the NES was presented, as well as the programs and subsidies implemented in order to increase the employability of persons with disabilities. Different types of support are highlighted, including adaptation of workplace, trainings, selfemployment program, and subsidies provided by the state to employers who employ people with disabilities.

The main goal of the workshop was to increase awareness of the fact that people with disabilities have equal abilities and the right to work. Through the application of appropriate support measures, it is possible to create a working environment in which everyone can contribute and realize their full potential.
