The second Sustainability Talks meeting, organized by the Forum for Responsible Business, convened on September 28 in Belgrade, under the theme “Inclusion and Diversity in the Workplace,” graciously hosted by Erste Bank. Following a concise introduction by the hosting company, the session transitioned into a panel discussion, delving into strategic approaches for nurturing diversity, equality, and inclusion within professional environments.
In pursuit of a comprehensive exploration of the subject, the dialogue featured esteemed representatives from pertinent institutions: Jovana Krivokuća-Milovanović, Executive Director of the Youth with Disabilities Forum; Tijana Koprivica, Director of Sustainable Business at Delta Holding; Aleksandra Gavrilović, Coordinator for Education at Labris; and Jelena Kotevic, Head of the Complaints Group at the Professional Service of the Commissioner for Equality Protection.
The second Sustainability Talks was held with the support of the “Job Fit: Economic Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities” project, funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), and implemented by the Youth with Disabilities Forum. Other partners in the project are Caritas of Serbia, the Ana and Vlade Divac Foundation, the Smart Kolektiv and the Center for Independent Living of Persons with Disabilities of Serbia.
