The second “Experience Inclusion” session was held on May 7 at the premises of Erste Bank.
The aim of this session was to connect employees with persons with different types of disabilities through an open, honest, and two-way conversation, in order to explore inclusion from a personal and experiential perspective.
During the session, participants had the opportunity to speak with individuals living with:
- mobility impairment requiring the use of a wheelchair,
- visual impairment,
- chronic illness.
Through the personal stories of three young people, important topics were raised, including everyday life, work, accessibility, types of support, as well as the invisible challenges that persons with disabilities face in the workplace.
The interactive format enabled Erste Bank employees to ask questions, exchange experiences, and reflect together on inclusion, building a dialogue based on trust and mutual understanding.
We believe that an inclusive culture is not built solely through rules and procedures, but primarily through encounters, conversations, and a willingness to listen to one another.
